Cerebelum AI was founded in January 2025 by Samuel Arango and Andrés Villamizar, two Colombian entrepreneurs who began their respective journeys in trading and financial markets a decade ago.

Their experience revealed a need: to turn complex technical information into more understandable tools, supported by a structured approach to learning.

Samuel brought experience in software development, automation, artificial intelligence and financial markets. Andrés contributed his experience in marketing, communication and community building.

Together, they created Cerebelum AI: a company that develops its own technology to support gold market analysis and builds an educational experience around its tools.

Born in Medellín, Samuel combines financial market experience with software development, automation and artificial intelligence. At Cerebelum AI, he contributes the technology perspective behind tools designed to support analysis and learning.

His interest in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies began during his teenage years. He began studying International Marketing at EAFIT, where he deepened his understanding of international trade and the foreign exchange and commodity markets. After three years of learning and hands-on experience in the markets, his early results gave him the confidence to leave university before completing his degree and build his own path as an entrepreneur. He built Fortune Builders AI Trading and brought together talent in analysis, risk management and development. In 2023, he moved to Miami to expand his projects internationally. Family, sport and responsibility guide his approach to building a company.
